Surbiton Martial Arts Academy

The first GBMAA Interclub of 2009 is fast approaching so it's time for the Surbiton Academy members to step up and represent our club on the mats.

The league tables have been wiped clean and all Academies will be starting from the same position - so there's never been a better time to try out your kicks or jab/cross combos or maybe just see if all those classes and drills have really sunk in :P

Anyone keen to compete needs to let us know as soon as possible as it is pre-registration only, but in the meantime if you got any questions or want to get any additional information about the GBMAA Interclub, post your comments/questions below

Well said Mr. Knox. It looks like we're going to have quite a good junior side out, but we still need more of the adults to come on board!

We're looking at besting the other Academies in the fasion department, too. In the last Inter-club of 2009, Epsom and Cobham embarassed themselves with some pretty poor fighters' and supporters' t-shirts, so we're going to show them up with our Surbiton Soldiers ones!

I'll post some pics of what they look like as soon as I have them.
