Despite the fact that the majority of the PredatorsX Performance Team are under 18, they are still the country’s most successful Martial Arts Forms and Weapons competitors.
Originally started by Master Page, PredatorsX began life pretty much as a one man team. That man was Jimmy “The Rock” Jones, who has since won over 20 National Forms titles, as well as 5 Grand Championships.
Under the management of Weapons specialist and Form Choreographer Simon “Juggernaut” James, the team grew along with its number of trophies. The team also expanded into different areas, encompassing Musical Forms, Creative Forms, Martial Gymnastics and Weapons Forms.
Now captained by World Forms Champion, Oli “Flash” Worsley, the PredatorsX team has grown to include a Next Generation squad for those who wish to compete in Forms, but haven’t yet made it onto the team.
The production of the Next Generation team allows new Forms practitioners to compete as part of the GBMAA and part or a team, but also helps ensure that PredatorsX consists solely of the most experienced and successful Forms practitioners from within the Academies.
PredatorsX even feeds into Team England and even the GB Elite’s Forms Team, giving the best Forms practitioners in the country the chance to test their skills on the international circuit.
